Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and I always aim to be as flexible as possible. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a fee as this time is reserved especially for you.
Genuine emergencies will always be considered with understanding. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in fees, deposits being required, or limited future bookings.
